Onsite Computer Repairs - Most computer repairs can be resolved quickly on site. Please call for a free estimated cost and time required for your repair. We may require the computer to be picked up, repaired and returned when completed.
Computer Desktop Diagnostic - To find problems we comprehensively, methodically and systematically diagnose what may be wrong. Your computer may not start or a blue screen appears. Error messages, freezing and crashes are common issues that are diagnosed.
Repair and tune up – After diagnostic research is completed we are able to isolate if software or hardware is the issue. We repair operating systems and third party software or reinstall when applicable. All software media, key codes and licenses required by client for re-installations. Also we remove all unnecessary start up programs. Install required updates for operating systems and third party software. Repair, optimize and defragment registry and hard drives. When diagnosed with hardware repairs, parts are not included in pricing.
Virus/Spyware/Pop-up Removal - With an appointment on site and after repairs, we install free anti-virus, spyware and malware programs to prevent future infections. Spyware is a type of malware that can be installed on computers and collects little bits of information without their knowledge including credit card information. Computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect other computer. Malware includes computer viruses, computer worms, Trojan horses, most rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware and other malicious and unwanted software, including true viruses. All of these will slow down your computer and can destroy your data.
Preventive Maintenance & Clean Up - Opening the computer and removing all dust and debris off motherboard, hard drives, video cards, fans and clear all vents for maximum air flow and cooling. Without proper cooling hardware may become damaged.
Computer Hardware Repair - Replace motherboards, ram, cpu, video cards, network cards and more. All parts supplied by client. Consultation and installation are available for broken hardware.
